About Rotate Image — Free Online Tool
Rotate Image turns a picture by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, or by any angle you type, and the canvas grows to fit the rotated rectangle instead of clipping the corners off.
The output size is computed from the rotated bounding box — width times the cosine plus height times the sine of the angle — so nothing is cut away. At any angle that is not a multiple of 90 this leaves four triangular gaps at the corners; they are filled, with white as the default, and the result tells you so. Because the browser applies a JPEG's EXIF orientation flag while decoding it, a phone photo that other software shows sideways is already upright before your angle is applied on top.
