About Image Color Picker — Free Online Tool
Image Color Picker reads the exact colour of one pixel in an image you upload and reports it as HEX, RGB and HSL, along with that pixel's alpha value.
The image is drawn to a canvas and the single pixel at the coordinates you give is read back out of it, so the value is the file's own — no screen colour management, no averaging of neighbours, no approximation. Before you choose a point, the twelve most common colours in the image are offered as a starting set. One thing to know: you get whatever is at that exact pixel, so on a JPEG the compression artefacts around a hard edge read as their own slightly wrong colours. Sample from the middle of a flat area.
