Reverse Text flips the order of a passage, either character by character, word by word, or line by line.
Character mode walks the text by Unicode code point rather than by byte, so an emoji or an accented letter stored as a single code point survives the flip intact — but a composed sequence such as a flag or a family emoji, which is several code points joined together, comes apart. Word mode splits on whitespace and rejoins with single spaces, which means indentation and line breaks are lost in that mode specifically. Line mode is the conservative one: each line is kept exactly as written and only their order is inverted.
Reversal is done in the page with no network call, so whatever you are inverting stays on the device.
