Audio Cutter keeps one section of a track, or removes a section from the middle and joins what is left, from start and end times you type in.

Two modes share one command. Keeping a range seeks to the start point and writes the given length; removing a range runs an aselect filter that drops those samples and re-stamps the timestamps so the two remaining halves meet without a gap. Either way the audio is encoded again rather than stream-copied, which is what lets the cut land on the exact second you typed instead of snapping to the nearest frame boundary. There is no waveform to drag and no fade control — times go in as hh:mm:ss — and a removal that would leave almost nothing behind is refused rather than written. MP3, WAV, OGG, AAC and M4R all come out as the format you pick; M4R is the iPhone ringtone container, which is why a 30-second cut is the common case here.

One file at a time, cut on your own device. A song, a sermon or a recorded call is read by the local engine, and the working copy it makes is deleted when the run ends.
