GST Invoice Generator

GST Invoice Generator prints an Indian tax invoice with an HSN/SAC column, supplier and recipient GSTIN lines, and the tax shown either as CGST plus SGST or as a single IGST line.

Which of those two splits you get is a choice you make, not a deduction the tool performs: choose CGST + SGST and the tax is halved, with the rounding remainder landing on the SGST line, or choose IGST and the whole amount sits on one line. Nothing is validated or looked up. The GSTIN you type is printed as typed, with no 15-character checksum test, and no place-of-supply state code is read to work out whether the sale is inter-state, so picking the wrong split produces a wrong invoice with no warning. The rate defaults to 18, a number fixed in the code rather than fetched from a current rate schedule, and anything from 0 to 100 can be entered instead — which slab actually applies to your HSN is yours to establish. The footer prints a reminder that a tax invoice also needs the supplier GSTIN, the place of supply and the HSN/SAC of every line, and that is as far as it goes: it does not check the document against the GST Act, does not produce an e-invoice IRN or its QR code, does not spell the total out in words, and is not tax advice.

The invoice is built in the browser and no figure from it is reported anywhere — not to this site and not to any tax portal. Filing, where the invoice has to be filed, stays something you do yourself.
